Run your gym like
a modern arena
Door access, payments, classes and the front desk in one system. Free until your gym has 100 members — every feature switched on, not a stripped-back tier.
No card, no trial clock, and no bigger bill when your gym grows.
Four things run a gym. We do those four.
Getting people in. Getting paid. Filling the classes. The ninety seconds somebody is standing at your desk. We would rather do those four properly than forty of them badly.

The door knows who's paid up
Members get in with the phone that's already in their pocket. Stop paying and it stops opening. You never have to have that conversation.
Door access→
Dues that collect themselves
Cards on file, charged the day they're due. Failures retried, then chased. You only hear about the ones that actually need you.
Payments→
Twelve spots means twelve people
Booking, waitlists, caps and cancellation windows. The cap holds even when forty people tap Book in the same second.
Classes→
Everything on one screen
Check someone in, sign someone up, take a payment, answer the question about their bill — without opening a second thing.
Front desk→Their price grows with you. Ours does not.
Mindbody, Glofox, Zen Planner, PushPress and Gymdesk all price the same way. More locations cost more. More staff cost more. The features that matter sit in a higher tier. And a slice of what your members pay you goes to them.
Grow, and you pay for growing.
Why ours does not move
Your tenth location costs us what your first does. That is a fact about how the system is built, not a promotion — and it is why one flat price covers you at any size. Nothing per seat. Nothing per member. Nothing taken off the top of your takings.
Under 100 members it is free: the whole product, no trial clock, no expiry. That is not a discount for small gyms. It is us not charging you for the part where you are doing the hard work.
Most take a percentage of what your members pay you.
We take none. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account at Stripe's own rates. We are not in the middle of your money and we never hold it.
Door access is usually the expensive tier, an add-on, or a separate vendor entirely.
It is in the free tier. Unstaffed hours are how a small gym survives — that should not be the thing you have to upgrade for.
A price rise turns up in an email about an invoice you have already been charged.
Ours waits 60 days and tells you first. The billing system physically cannot charge the new price before then. A price cut reaches you the same day.
What that adds up to
You start on the whole product for nothing. When you grow past the line it is one flat price a month — and the things that quietly cost you money elsewhere are simply part of it: no cut of your takings, no fee per staff login, no upgrade to open the door, no paid member app.
Your gym grows and your software bill does not move. That is the whole proposition, and everything above is just how it is built.

Open at eleven at night with nobody on the desk
The door checks four things before it opens: are they a member, are they paid up, have they signed the waiver, are they old enough. Every time. Nobody has to make a judgement call at the counter.
Card failed last night? They do not get in tonight. Paid at 10:58pm? They do. Nobody has to be awake for either of those.
- Unstaffed hoursThe building runs on the rules, not on who is rostered.
- No shared codesAccess belongs to a person, not to a keypad number that has been passed around.
- An honest recordEvery open, every refusal, and the reason why — written down and kept.
Your members never install anything
It is a web app. Opens from a link, sits on their home screen if they want it there, works the same on a five-year-old Android as on a new iPhone. No app store, no 200MB download to book a 6am class.
- ✓Book a class, join the waitlist, cancel inside the window
- ✓Open the door with the phone they already carry
- ✓See what they owe, pay it, keep a card on file
- ✓Their own attendance, counted honestly

Built for the room you actually have
A strength gym and a spin studio need the same four things and almost none of the same settings. The defaults change. The product does not.

If yours is not on this list, it is almost certainly one of these with a different sign over the door.

The person who owns the room
Not a head office. Not a chain's regional manager. The person who unlocks the door, knows the members by name, and does the admin after closing.
- Everything, from day one. No tier holds back door access or billing. The free gym and the five-site group run the same product.
- Your money goes to you. Member payments land in your own Stripe account. We never hold your takings and we take no percentage of them.
- Your data is yours. Every list exports. If you leave, you leave with all of it — no export fee, nothing held back.
- A real person answers. Not a ticket queue and not a chatbot. Somebody who knows the product.

Under 100 members? It is free.
Not a trial and not a cut-down version. The whole product, for as long as you are under the line. Cross it and we email you — nothing is billed for 30 days. Drop back under and you are free again that day.
Above it, $89 a month. A price rise waits 60 days and you hear about it first; a price cut reaches you immediately. Both of those are enforced in the billing code, not promised on a page.

None of this is the point
The point is a room full of people who kept coming back. Software is just what stops the admin eating the hours you would rather spend on the floor.

Set it up this evening
Your gym, your members, your classes and a working door — in one evening. If it turns out not to be for you, you have lost an evening and no money.
